We will tell you not to build it
If a spreadsheet, an off-the-shelf package or a process change solves your problem better than custom software, that is the advice you will get. A project that should not exist is bad for both of us.
About
Prospra IQ Enterprises (Pty) Ltd was registered in 2026 in Limpopo, South Africa to build the kind of operational software its founder kept needing and could not buy.
Why we exist
It shows. Screens that need eleven clicks for the thing you do four hundred times a day. Compliance treated as a checkbox. Reports that answer questions nobody asked.
Prospra IQ started from the other end — from hands-on experience across agriculture, mechanical work, logistics and small-business operations, and the repeated experience of watching good businesses run on spreadsheets held together by one person's memory.
We build the system that person would have designed, if they had the time.

Principles
These are not values on a wall. They are the rules we apply when a decision is genuinely difficult, and they occasionally cost us work.
If a spreadsheet, an off-the-shelf package or a process change solves your problem better than custom software, that is the advice you will get. A project that should not exist is bad for both of us.
You get full export at any time, in an open format. No hostage-taking, no exit fees, no proprietary lock-in on the data your business depends on.
We choose tools that are well understood and widely hireable over tools that are new and interesting. Your system needs to be maintainable long after we are involved.
Requirements gathered only from management produce software that management likes and staff route around. We spend time at the counter and in the yard.
Istvan Schuch — founder, and the person who will actually build your system.
Who you deal with
You will not be sold to by one team and handed to another. The person on the discovery call is the person writing the code, and the person you phone when something breaks at 4pm on a Friday.
That is a deliberate constraint, not a limitation we are apologising for. It caps how many projects run at once, and it means nothing gets lost in a handover. If we take your work on, it is because we can give it proper attention.
The background is operational before it is technical — agriculture, mechanical work, logistics and small-business operations — which is why the questions in discovery tend to be about your process rather than your preferred database.
Where we work
We work from a plot outside Louis Trichardt, on the N1 — the road most of this country’s freight actually moves on. Being outside the metros is not a limitation, it is most of the point. The businesses we build for are in the same places: hire yards, farms, workshops and depots where the connection is patchy and the software still has to work anyway.
Discovery happens on site wherever it needs to. Everything after that runs remotely, which keeps costs where they should be — in the build, not in travel.
Next step
No pitch deck, no obligation. Thirty minutes on the phone is usually enough to tell whether there is a project here worth doing.
